Mr. SAK Ekramuzzaman

Mr. SAK Ekramuzzaman is one of the major local equity investors in RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited. Besides managing diversified business interests of the RAK Group, he is also involved in a number of other business interests in Bangladesh. Mr. Ekramuzzaman is also the member of the Board of RAK Power Pvt. Ltd. and RAK Security and Services (Pvt.) Ltd., subsidiaries of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited.

Mr. Ekramuzzaman has been conferred as “CIP Industry 2017” by the Government of Bangladesh in recognition of his outstanding contribution to the industrial development of Bangladesh.

Mr. Sadhan Kumar Dey

Mr. Sadhan Dey is the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited responsible for leading the financial operation of the Company. He oversees accounting and controllership, financial planning and analysis, direct and indirect tax, risk, corporate development, and treasury. He carries more than 25 years of industrial experience focused on serving construction companies in the manufacturing sectors. Prior to join RAK he was Director of Finance and Commercial with a US multinational Construction Specialties leading finance, strategy and commercial of GCC, Africa and India region based in UAE. He is a qualified finance and management professional from the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant – UK and Institute of Certified Management Accountant – Australia. He is a Master of Commerce and MBA. Mr. Sadhan is an alumni of Harvard Business School – Boston, USA and IIM-Calcutta, India. He has attended various courses on Strategy, Leadership, Data Analytics, Design thinking, Digital Marketing from various world-renowned business school like Colombia Business School, IIM India and HBS.

Mr. Muhammad Shahidul Islam FCS

Mr. Muhammad Shahidul Islam is the Company Secretary of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited since 2010. He joined the Company in 2009 as Assistant Company Secretary and was designated prior to assuming the current position. Before joining the Company, Mr. Shahidul was Assistant Vice President at Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited, responsible for Compliances, Legal Issues, Share and Capital Market Operations of the Company. His professional career spans over 18 years in Company Secretariat, Corporate Affairs, Compliances, Initial Public Offering (IPO), Legal, Capital Market Operations and Internal Audit covering Manufacturing and Insurance sectors. His prior post qualification employers include Fareast Islami Life Insurance Company Limited and Progressive Life Insurance Company Limited.

Mr. Shahidul is a Commerce graduate. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary and a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh (ICSB). He has participated many professional training courses namely Corporate Affairs Management, Merger and Acquisition, Compliance in Corporate Governance etc.

Mr. Mohammad Samsul Arefin

Mr. Mohammad Samsul Arefin is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant and fellow member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB) having Master’s degree in Accounting from National University. He is also a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) qualified from CIMA, UK.

Mr. Arefin has more than 17 years of professional experience with renowned multinational companies namely Expolanka (Bangladesh) Limited, Novartis (Bangladesh) Limited and BASF (Bangladesh) Limited in the field of Financial Reporting and Accounting, Business Planning & Analysis, Supply Chain Management, Internal Audit & Compliance etc. He also successfully worked in several international projects undertaken by his previous organization.

Mr. Arefin has been working as Head of Internal Audit & Compliance in RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited since May 2018.

Mr. Md. Mahbubul Haque

Mr. Mahbubul Haque is the General Manager – Supply Chain Management of RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited. He joined at the Company in June 01, 2021. He oversees the all foreign and local procurement including services, both inbound and out bound logistics, CAPEX, Savings initiative and different SOPs.

He completed his graduation in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET). He is also certified Supply Chain Manager from ISCEA (International Supply Chain Education Alliance, USA)

Prior to Joining in this Company, Mahbubul Haque was Deputy-General Manager at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh. He is having more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain management in different multinational and renowned local companies.

He has participated in different training session both home and abroad on leadership, Managerial skill, Integration to purchasing function, Negotiation skill from different institute like IIM India, Lafarge University at Paris, Scotwork UK.

Krishna-Phanendra-Srinivas-Soma-Venkata

Mr. Srinivas S.V.K.P. is Deputy General Manager, responsible for the production and operation of tiles division. He has joined in the Company in the 2020 with 23 years of experience in tiles manufacturing, more than 25 years working with RAK Group of Companies. Mr. Srinivas. is a qualified graduate in Ceramics from Indian Institute of Ceramics Kolkata, and Ceramics Engineering from GICT,India.

Mr. Adireddy Pasunoori

Mr. Adireddy Pasunoori is the Senior Production Manager responsible for the production and operation of Sanitary ware division. He has joined in the Company in 2019 with a 31 years’ experience in Sanitary ware production and more than12 years’ with RAK Group of companies. Mr. Adireddy Pasunoori is a qualified Ceramics Engineer from GICT, India.

MR. VELAYUTHAM CHELLADURAI DEPUTY

Mr. Velayutham Chelladurai joined as the Deputy General Manager – Sanitaryware Manufacturing at RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited on 16 September 2025. His professional career spans over 32 years of comprehensive experience in the sanitaryware manufacturing sector.

Before joining RAK Ceramics (Bangladesh) Limited, Mr. Chelladurai gained extensive experience in sanitaryware kiln operations, with over 20 years at Neycer India Ltd and RAK UAE. He also has 12 years of experience in plant operations across Bangladesh, the UAE, and India within the sanitaryware manufacturing units of RAK Ceramics.

Mr. Chelladurai completed his graduation in Ceramics from the Institute of Ceramic Technology, Tamil Nadu, India, in 1993. He later completed his Master of Business Administration, specialising in Project Management, from Jaipur National University, India, in 2022.
